He has over 25 years working experience in the décor industry and construction field. He has worked on the interior and exterior décor for many residential homes, shopping malls, universities, hotels and religious centers. Some of the prominent projects in Mandalay include National Theatre, University of Medicine, Zakawa Lecture Room, Hotel Mandalay Ballroom many other residential houses. Other projects commissioned out of Mandalay are Star World Hotel ( Nay Pyi Daw), Thi Ha Tun Ballroom (Monywa) and Sagaing Seekhongyi Religious Center. Now he is currently Managing Director at Hi-Solutions Interior Decoration Co., Ltd and Mandalar Waddy Piling Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zin Zin Myo
HR General Manager and Business Consultant SIYB Licensed Trainer

She has over 8 years’ experience in Pacific Asia Hi-Tech Group as a Trainer. Business Consultant and HR Officer. She got SIYB Licensed trainer from International Labour Organization Entrepreneurship and small and Medium Enterprise Support. And also she had participated in the training to Trainers on Action Learning for SIYB Trainers supported by International Labour Organization. Now she is teaching Business management to entrepreneurs from SME as an External Trainer of Asia Speed Business Learning Centre and she is also HR General manager of Asia Speed Construction.

Mr. Bo Bo Thein

He has over 10 years' experience in engineering, planning, methodology, QA/QC and project management for both structure and architecture construction sectors in Myanmar and Singapre.

Experienced in Addition and Alteration (A&A) buildings, University Research and Lab Center building in NUS, Energy Center (MEP equipment station) and Super Trees in Garden By The Bay Project, 17 nos of 2 storey residential conservation buildings and 3 blocks of 8 storey residential projects (REDWOOD PRSIDENCES) with Expend Construction Pte Ltd (Singapore), 2 blocks of 38 storey Condominium project ( SKYHABITAT), National Heart Cener Hospital project in SGH and 5 blocks of 18 storey Condominium project (THE TEMBUSU) with Shinmizi Corporation (Singapore). Star City Zon C project in Thanlyin, Yangon with BYMA Construction (Myanmar).

Engr. Khin Maung Lin
Chief Engineer

He has 29 years of construction experience and has worked on many multistoried projects in Myanmar. Amongst some of the prominent successful projects in and around Mandalay are 6-storeyed Zeygyo Building, Nursing Science University, Mandalay Technological University, Novotel Hotel, Eilan Detergent factory, Worker Hospital, Communication Tower and many residential houses.

Mr. Chen Sion Foo (Alvin)
Marketing and ISO Team Director

15 years of experience in planning, Marketing & Operation in both local and overseas projects. He has immense experience ranging from four-star hotel management, food and beverage marketing for famous fast food chain, port planning, operation and port services marketing, landed and high-rise property marketing. Presently, he is holding a building construction and interior design marketing and ISO portfolio. Some of the projects that he was involved and has taken charge are marketing of hotel services in Kuala Lumpur and transformation of an F&B outlet into a modern restaurant in Singapore. On the other hand, he also performed exceptionally in the port operation planning, development and marketing of port services which included the inaugural Trans-Caspian Container shipment project of container delivery from China to Baku (Azerbaijan) by train via Khazakstan and Caspian Sea, upgrading of old Baku International Sea Trade Port, development of first river port in upper Myanmar- Mandalay Semeikhon Port (SMP) and now with Asia Speed Construction Company (ASCC), Mandalay, Myanmar.

Mr. Min Thiha Swe

He has 15 years’ experiences in construction site as roads, airports, run ways and building construction (9 years in Singapore and 6 years in Myanmar). In Myanmar worked as Site Engineer , Architect Coordinator, Building Construction Quality Controller (CONQUAS) QA/QC and Resident Technical Officer. Currently he is Executive Project Manager at Asia Speed Construction Co., Ltd.

She has over 19 years of experience working as Draft Engineer for Zamil Steel Building Vietnam C., Ltd in Myanmar based both in Myanmar and Singapore. In the later years, she was the CAD Designer and Method Engineer for Dragages Singapore Pte. Ltd. She has participated in many successfully project in Singapore such as 368 Condominium and Cube 8 Condominium in Toa Payoh and Adrmoe Park Condominium in Orchard Road. She is currently the Managing Director of VO-Tech Co.,Ltd .

With 10 years’ experiences, he worked as Assistant Architect in Mandalay Sedona Hotel projects, as an exterior designer, worked on interior designs, building design, design for front side of the building and currently he is drawing on most of the distinct building in Asia Speed Construction Co., Ltd.

He have graduated with Diploma in Architecture at Kyaukse Technological University (2009). He have got 8 year experience in related field. He had work with Assistant Architect Architects Firm, Experienced in Public, Commercial and Residential designs such as Traditional Yacht at Mandalay, Myanmar Art Center at Yangon and Mandalay, AYA Guest House, Myeik Indoor Badminton Court, Myeik Government Office, Shwe Pu Zun Cafe and Snack Shop (Yangon), Myeik Independent Monument and other Residential building Designs. And then he is also Registered Architect (RA-886) in Myanmar Architects Council (MAC).
